Camp Application

Families or individuals may apply for each week of Ozark Family Camp, and applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Application is made by filling out and submitting the online application form. If you do not have access to apply online, please contact the director of the week you are interested in for an alternative application form.

Applications are now being accepted (see link to form below). If in the future you would like to receive an email notification when registration opens, or an application form in the mail, please contact the secretary (see Contact page).

As part of the application process, we ask that you read and agree to our Camp Policies and Procedures.

If you have a minor that will be attending with you for whom you are not the parent or legal guardian, you must also complete the Parental Consent Form.

When you submit your online application, you will receive an email (to the email you listed) that your application is pending. If you do not receive this notification and it is not in your junk/spam folder, your online application did NOT go through. You should resubmit or contact the director of the week you tried to apply for to see if it did go through.

After the initial notification that your application was received, you will receive a second notification (usually via email) from one of the directors notifying you whether you have a spot reserved for you at camp, or if you have been placed on a waiting list. If you do not receive this 2nd notification after a couple of weeks, please contact the director. If you receive a reservation, you will also receive information about where you will be staying and the process for arriving at camp. You are welcome to contact the directors in the meantime if you have any questions.

Since its inception in 1965, Ozark Family Camp has operated on the principle of looking to the Lord for guidance and provision rather than men. Because of this, we have never charged or set a suggested offering for the camp. The primary costs that the board must deal with include food, camp rental, and financial fellowship with the speakers.

From the outset, it was realized that some young families, missionaries, and others would not be able to meet the expenses of such a camp, but that the Lord would move in the hearts of others to give above the cost of their coming in order to supply the needs of others.

This whole ministry requires faith and exercise of heart for all involved - for the board in planning and keeping the expenses at a minimum, and for the campers to pray, work, and be sensitive to the Lord's leading concerning the needs of the camp. With this in mind, we would ask campers to please be responsible in both the helping and giving as the Lord enables.

If you would like to give online to help support Ozark Family Camp, please click on the button below. Payment can be made online with a credit/debit card (via PayPal) or with a PayPal account. Otherwise, you can write a check to "Bible Truth Fellowship" and mail it to the camp treasurer (see Contact page).
